I've worked as a realtor since 1992 & started working the REO market as my niche in the market around 1996. I've been a member of the local board's MLS Committee since 1994 and have seen the many changes our way of doing business has occurred. Technology is here to stay, but I still like doing business with just a handshake & a promise the job will get done smartly!
Professional Education and Designations
My professional real estate education includes the Floyd Wickman's S.T.A.R. program & Alumni Club, Century 21's former 2&1 class, & was one of the earliest realtors earning the e-PRO designation here in Missouri. Other real estate, sales & marketing training came through many of the NIGHTINGALE-CONANT seminars & audio tape programs.
Personal / Comments
I've been a resident of the area since 1986 while assigned to Whiteman AFB. Three stateside & two overseas assigments provided enough PCS experiences that I can get many of a new arrival's concerns resolved before they become problems. A B.S.in A.S. Degree--Law Enforcement Administration, a Master's degree in Security, and the time spent in Air Force administration insures the paperwork gets done correctly the first time.
